Question: What is your Return Policy?
Answer: Fourteen day return policy for online store credit only.
 
Question: Do you gift wrap?
Answer: Yes! No worries...we’ll take care of the wrapping and shipping details and send you a confirmation email.
 
Question: How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Answer: Typically, your order will be shipped from the Elizabeth Roberts Collection within three business days of the receipt of your order. You will receive an order confirmation and UPS tracking number for your reference. It will be sent via UPS and will arrive subject to the shipping method you choose at checkout.
 
Question: Do you ever have a sale?
Answer: Absolutely! Click the "NOTIFY ME OF NEW PRODUCTS" button at the bottom of any page and sign-up to be on the mailing list. We'll notify you when we have a sale and when we add new products to the catalog.
 
Question: Is the Elizabeth Roberts Collection available in stores?
Answer: Currently, the collection is only available online.
 
Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Not really – United States and Canada only.
 
Question: Do you offer free shipping?
Answer: Yes, we offer free ground shipping in the United States only. We do offer UPS overnight and second day air with applicable shipping charges.
